icons: 4x10 "revelations" - part deux

i think i got a bit... what's the word? oh yeah. obsessed with this show. *ahem* now, i know that i don't have to point out how awesome this episode is, but i had taken about 150 screencaps, and decided that they would make pretty icons for my batch two. i think i got to cap 60-something last night before i wisely gave into my pillow's advances and let it take me to sleepy land. {a wondrous place, i tell you}

anywho, got a couple of icons here that are out for me to fix the text so you could see them a bit clearer. plenty of variations, more so than last time, because photoshop keeps opening up and showing me all sorts of pretty filters, layers, etc. so please bare with me and my bsg-induced insanity.

now i know there was something else i wanted to say.... OH YEAH!

Omg, 142-145 are great! Just what I wanted.
As you can see, I had tried to make my own, because I'm so bloody impatient (and I just discovered Photoshop), but I'll replace it with one of yours as I'm in love with your colouring. 146 cracked me up so much.
32 and 48 had me laughing out loud for reals.

YES. Truth is, the whole cast of this show is just sheer eyecandy. So, the chances of screencaps being pretty are higher than average.

I'm the most technologically-challenged person ever, Photoshop used to give me headaches until...10 days ago, when I spied on my little brother doing stuff with it and, BHAM. it was as if something clicked inside my brain. NOW I CAN'T STOP. It's actually pretty embarrassing, given my not memorable results, but I'm glad you think my Roslin/Lee icon is passable (You can totally tell where I did the bit of copying and pasting, lol).

I don't mind at all, go ahead and do your thing. As I said, I'm a very nosy person, so the quicker I learn stuff, the better.

I think they were picked out for their ability to photograph well. I seriously do. Acting ability was also required, as one can clearly note.

How can you possibly be the most technologically-challeneged person ever!? It's not possible. The title is held by the idiot of my father. *bows head in shame* So I take it that you're a regular Helen Keller for the Photoshop?! I find the thought wildly amusing. :)

Oooh, I didn't know who Helen Keller was (clueless Italian again) but wiki just enlightened me and damn, she is inspiring.

Not sure. Really, the fact that I have to bend my brain to make it think the way the computer works to get Photoshop to do what I can see so clearly in my head is frustrating. And I'm not v patient. I like challenges, though. Oh well, we'll see.

I've been calling Lee/Roslin Oedipal OTP in my head ever since day one. Because they so totally are.

PSH! You're like one of the most knowledgeable people I know. PERIOD. So I would not call it any sort of cluelessness. I don't even recall where I first heard of Ms. Keller, but it truly is an inspiring story.

I know i faced some serious hit yourself in the head moments when I was first working in photoshop. Mainly because of my fonts. GOSH I HATED FIGURING THOSE OUT. Really. Work of the devil for them.

Oedipal OTP has got to be one of the most inspired sayings ever in BSG fandom. Like, hands down.
