Also, I wanted to pimp this community because it seems like a really cool concept. LIMS of the golden age of the silver screen [i.e. "The Classics"] Plus, there seems to be a need for participants, so there's a greater chance to practice the iconning. And practice makes perfect. :)

I have a newbie lims question. Can you vote if you are not participating? And haven't even friended the comm? I've wanted to vote but only thought participants (and ones with more icon knowledge than I) could vote. Just a general lims question. Maybe each comm has different rules?
